So, I'm just wandering around the internet and I stumble upon "The Beaver, Canada's History Magazine." http://www.historysociety.ca/bea.asp
No offense (or offence) to the Great White North but it just struck me as funny. It is a serious magazine with some really interesting articles, but it must be difficult to discuss with a straight-face. "Did you get the latest Beaver?" "You have to check out the August Beaver!" "I didn't get my Beaver this month." "Guess what I saw in the Beaver?" "I couldn't get my article into the Beaver." "How many loonies for a Beaver?"
