I found my way to this page via a link in a Google Alert. It's a blog post by someone called Craig McKee, and it's his 9 biggest 9/11 stories this year.

http://truthandshadows.wordpress.co...tories-of-2011-old-fights-and-new-directions/

Here is a summary (with my comments in brackets):

#1 Paul Simon sang The Sound of Silence at the Ground Zero commemorations.
(Which means he's a truther how?)

#2 Richard Gage throws CIT under the bus.
(A "big" story that's a big fail for the blogger's worldview :newlol.)

#3 Osama Bin Laden is killed "again".
(This guy must think the NWO are as dumb as he is.)

#4 "Gallop suit against top Bush officials thrown out of court by Bush cousin".
(Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong. Plus, another fail for McKee's sad life.)

#5 "Toronto 9/11 Hearings virtually ignore Pentagon evidence."
(Or, more accurately, Toronto Hearings ignore all actual evidence. Plus, another disappointment for McKee.)

#6 David Ray Griffin publishes a new book but relies on people McKee doesn't like.
(Well, that's what you get when you rely on a mythmaker.)

#7 "Griffin unveils 9/11 Consensus Panel."
(That the "best" truthers could only agree on 13 truthy points (that were mostly repeats of each other) is somehow good? :D)

#8 "Direct democracy given a chance through Citizens 9/11 Commission".
(They had a snowball's chance in hell and failed miserably.)

#9 "Campaign seeking to raise awareness about Building 7 expands".
(If you ignore the definition of the word "expands").

===

All in all, McKee's 2011 fails were fails, and his wins were fails. Keep up the great work, truthers! :oldroll:

Grrr....

One of my favourite hates - people who cannot get quotes correct....including the title of the song "Bridge Over Troubled Water_" ... "water" - Singular - no "s"!!!!

Which reminds me (given the season just past) of my annual gripes with misquoting of "The First Nowell, the Angel did say, Was to certain..."

...which was also singular - one angel

...and, for the pedants, the old English spelling of "nowell" coz the song aint French.... :D

Other than that thanks for the list Orphia ;)

( For those wondering what prompted my rant the "Bridge over..." bit is from the first lines of the blog which Orphia linked.)

Hahaha these were priceless, a list of already debunked garbage, and this was all they could agree upon? Some of these were amazingly desperate and could be dismissed with the smallest of Google searches. Funny though, a lot of the very popular truther beliefs continuing to circulate through Youtube never made it to this list.. I wonder if they realise this..

#9 "Campaign seeking to raise awareness about Building 7 expands".
(If you ignore the definition of the word "expands").

If by expand they mean reached 8% of funding and stalled, resulting in no such awareness campaign ever leaving the ground. I guess they could add the 20 or so truthers which showed up for Occupy Building 7 and call that "expanded", but even for truthers thats a long shot.. :boxedin:

Because he sang The Sound of Silence it represents "firefighters had not been allowed to attend the ceremony, or was it even deeper, that the real truth about 9/11 was not being spoken?".

It's truly amazing how Truthers are able to interpret anything they want to mean anything they want.

While a do not like to disagree with a respected forumite such as DGM, I think it's patently (or patently pendingly) obvious that Sounds of Silence refers to Hush-A-BoomTM explosives.

Obviously Simon was referring to Nano-Thermite, What else could it mean?

That's no disagreement. They're both the sameTM aren't they? :boxedin:

I think a line from another S&G song says it best:

But a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest.

While I'll ignore the obvious blowing of smoke up my arse by my elder forumite, I have to agree he is correct. The "nano-thermite" was only the fuse for the Hush-A-BoomTM explosives.

:D

What? No mention of "US Court Finds Iran Responsible for 9/11"!?

It appears they moderate their posts, I think this was mentioned before. I tried to leave a comment, it said:

Smiouskas seems to be saying (on page 7) that people were being forced out by people behind them who may also have been trying to get to fresh air. He doesn’t imply that people are being tossed out for another reason.

The subject of people “jumping” has always troubled me, because I can’t imagine someone willingly jumping out a window unless they were suffering incredible agony – more than just heavy smoke.

How about their skin feeling like it’s being melted off by chemical fire?

Oh, of course!!!
The SILENT explosive!
How could I have missed that!

ETA: Sorry. Should have read the other posts before re-posting the obvious! :)

No, one is clearly just the jingle they use to sell the other on NWOTV.

Now I've got to make a comic....

Agent Horatiius, call Control. Call Control.

Fundies have captured Hush-a-BOOM Labs. Do not proceed on comic strip mission.

Repeat: Fundies have captured Hush-a-BOOM Labs. Do not proceed on comic strip mission.

http://www.calvarybiblestudy.com/videos.html

Warning, fundies doing science. It don't get no worse.

Shut up, idiot--this is a non-secure frequency. :hit: No hot tub or buffet for you at the next NWO meeting.

Hopefully Foolme knows how to use one of these. I suspect s/he will be getting ALOT of experience with it.
