That is the title of a thread by Mark Dice at LCF, where he chastises those truthers who have downloaded Alex Jones' Endgame without also purchasing a copy. Apparently,

Unless your rent check is going to bounce, or you are unemployed, and you watched endgame on google video, and you didn't purchase a copy, you are taking advantage of alex jones.

It's OK, though. Alex doesn't mind.

I was wondering if he was going to allow it on google video, and aparently he has, and he just said on air that it killed sales.

My heart bleeds. He continues:

Is final cut going to be available on google video for free? Should it be? Should alex and dylan spend all their money on a film to put it out for free? People bitch and moan that i should give my book away for free if the info is so important. The nerve of some zombies.

Still not convinced? How about a guilt trip:

we have a bunch of cheap skate key board jockeys who expect everything for free, and who don't support researchers and expect everything for free. Are YOU one of these people?

OK, where do I sign?

I may have to go over there and registar... and then get banned.

OH my goodness, a bunch of chronic liars and fabricators don't get their money! Serioulsly, who cares if the can't buy anouther high def TV or computer monitor? It's all blood money, and they should be ashamed.

See? It' all about the benjamins. Getting the truth out takes a back seat to commercialisim.

All those bat rastards can go broke for all I care.

The trooth movement is finally degenerating down to who can squeeze the most bucks off the gullible. Good riddance.

Well, sure, haven't you heard "Freedom is not free"? Evidently, it's $19.95 plus S&H.

Any information as groundbreaking as they think theirs is SHOULD BE FREE: THATS HOW YOU SPREAD THE MESSAGE!

BUT a scam works like this:

WE HAVE AMAZING TRUTHES*
IT WILL BE GROUNDBRACKING

IT WILL CHANGE THE WERLD

It'll cost you at least £15 + VAT + Postage
+ Upgrade to limited edition signed copy for an extra £25.

*may not be the truth.

There's a price you pay when your target audience are outcast 15-year old boys.

I am torn between my hatred and contempt for Jones, and my dislike of film piracy.
I guess it is a case of "A Plague On Both Your Houses" once again.

Bingo..the age group which thinks they are being ripped off if they have to pay for a film, music, etc, since they are so used to pirate it.

Anybody want to guess (A)how long it will be until LCFC ends up on Google? Than (B) how long after that does Dylan blow a gasket?

A-Nov.12 (within 24 hrs. of release)
B-Minutes

If it makes them feel any better, I didn't download it. Couldn't even be bothered to watch it for free. :p

I'd guess that LCFC is up within a mere TWELVE hours of release.

Dylan will not make a response on the forums until people start talking about watching it for free. Thus, his post where he will blow a gasket will not appear until after a full 24 hours post-release.

And the funny thing is that had he somehow managed to get his film released via a Hollywood connection, it would have been leaked ages ago.

Isn't that most of them anyways?[/mostlikelycorrectsteroetype]

Given that much of the footage in Loose Change is taken from other sources and only the narration, an interview and graphics are original, does Dylan et al really have a case to have it pulled from any of the various video sites?

Assuming that the FC is not radically different from the 2nd edition.

[Troof-lation] "Look people, the government was behind 9/11 and we can prove it and all we ask is that you pay us for this proof!! You say you care about the victims yet you can't pony up the cash to pay us!?!??! What would those 3,000 and thousands of other family members say if they knew we weren't getting paid!?!?" [/troof-lation]

Do we have "my heart bleeds" or "playing the worlds smallest fiddle" smilies anywhere?

TAM:)

If he does not use copyrighted material without permission, yes,he does have grounds for copyright violation.
To be fair, even to a total buttwipe like Dylan, a lot of documentaries use only narration, graphics and interview as original material and are are protected under copyright. Ken Burns "The War" is a good example.
It pains me to have to say anything favorable to Dylan, but he would be well within his rights here.
Now if he was using copyrighted stuff without permission, he might have his case thrown out since a great many judges have a "clean hands" policy, which means you cannot sue somebody if you have done the same thing yourself.
