Some Masters in Buddhism can change the real world arbitrarily; such as press handprint or footprint on a rock,or tie the tree in knots.

I know Uri Geller can bends forks;but I don't think that trees bending is just a magic. Because it's too hard to prepare a knotted tree in advance and to prevent the audience found it.I have consulted to a number of magicians, but no one can explain this phenomenon.

Do they have capacity to win the $1000000? I think so.

Depends on how fast the tree gows.

however it looks like that tree was done when young.....

I tell you what, it is highly unlikely that a tree that thick is that supple, but I'm not up on the trees seen in the piccy.....there might well be a tree that is bendable somehow with that diameter.....


As for the stones, a picture is not enough.......and past demonstrations won't count, so they'd have to show and not tell.

At that point i think they would fail. ...and is that really rock, or some clay and paint?

how could they? magicans may well suggest something based on exactly what we 've seen here.....but a magicians explanation relies on inside knowledge, I'd a thought.....your's don't have that, so no surprises there...

Try asking the guys who did it ..how they really did it.....lol

well then they have no chance to get the million.
and if they dont, they suck.

when they are not interested in the money, they should prove their abilities to Randi and take the million and give it to people in need. but i guess they also dont care about others. i am sure monastries in Burma could use some money help.

And you don't care about evidence, so it's unlikely that we'll see any soon. (hint: a photo of something is not evidence of how it got to the state shown in the photo, nor even that the item is genuinely as shown)
 
but anyhow, i love their shows. Shaolinmonks for example, great show, far better than prebended spoons etc.

Agreed. A series of apparently "superhuman" feats - not actually so, but impressive nontheless.

The tree was knotted when it was young - it's very easy to do. Bonsai growers do similar things all the time. If you don't believe me, ask yourself these questions: where is the tree? How old is the tree? Are there pictures of the tree before it was knotted?

And as for the stones, I can't even tell what the supernatural effect is supposed to be here. A vaguely foot-shaped indentation? Rub a stone with monks' feet for enough time and that'll happen. Some of these monasteries have been constantly occupied for centuries. Once more, show me a photo of the stone before the indentation was made and I might be a little more impressed.

What the heck is supernatural about reshaping a tree by knotting it?
Is trimming hedges to make shapes supernatural?!?

Now if they could do it by their mind alone or something I would find it impressive. Adding a contraption seems quite ordinary to me.

As for the foot prints... You have provided 3 images with 3 differet rocks and the so called print looks nothing like a foot to me.
Me thinks better evidence are needed.

Not only is that a major appeal to ignorance (I don't know how - therefore there's no way to do it), you have not even indicated how much time it took for it to happen or even proof that it actually happened.

Don't use this rubbish about not wanting the money. Don't they care about feeding starving children around the world? They could donate the money.
Heck they can just take the test and refuse to take the money in the end.

Clearly, these guys want publicity or else you wouldn't have heard about them. So why aren't they interested in having themselves branded practical ever lasting fames as the first one to pass the challenge?

if he really can, i would like to have him as a bussiness partner, i bring the windmills to make electricity he brings the wind :D
 
My goddaughter can make wind, but I think it might melt the fan blades.
 
Photographs prove nothing - cameras don't lie, but it's very easy to lie to a camera (how does Hollywood make a living?).

If by that you mean that we should look into things that were properly tested than the answer is yes.

Now comes the question - Why haven't these people passed a proper test?
I'll save you the trouble, yes, we know for a fact none of them have because if they were, they would scream and shout from every roof top about it.

Okay... Let's think logically here.
We have a person who clearly is public knowledge (since you found out about him) that claims to be able to form winds.

Do you realize how much potential does this ability hold? Not just wind mills, but it could easily turn into a weapon of mass destruction or on the other hand improve our agricultral capabilities to insane proportions.

You don't think every government on earth wouldn't offer him billions for his services? Heck, at the very list kidnap and experiment on him?

This man could alter our entire reality and his greatest accomplishment is just some youtube video? Seriously?
Does that not strike you as a bit odd?
Or is it more likely that it's just some cheesy effects?

Their main job is helping the sentient beings to escape from samsara thoroughly, rather than for the happiness of all sentient beings in this finite life.
