Guys,

One of the most f*****g frustrating games ever!!! Why is it that some games I can play for a really long time and other games are over before they begin? Does anyone have a strategies for the game? I know about the importance of the Hyperspace Chute and hitting that often, as well as the Target Ramp to complete missions. Is there physics involved where how often you jiggle the flippers using the keyboard makes a difference. Sometimes you can get control and sometimes you can't. I am not looking for cheat information just helpful strategies where I can have a good game most of the time. Or are many of the things on the game really random concerning how you do?

Don't you have the text file that describes all missions in detail ?

ETA: Here it is

I've found the best strategy is to just try to complete the missions. Hit one of the three circle-tabs bottom left, then hit the ramp, then hit whatevers flickering. It also helps if you're decent at 'entering hyperspace' 4x in a row for a potential extra ball.

Also, Word files are not cool, they can contain viruses. I have my macro protection turned off because I write macros all the time. Other people might not even realize it's off.

Find yourself a copy on Pinball Fantasies and play that instead. It's the epitome of PC pinball games, despite being about 10 years old.

Thanks!

Yes, I have seen that Word Doc on the detailed missions. It is a great help!

I'll do one better:

It's awfully, AWFULLY convoluted to get working, and if I can streamline the instructions sometime I'll post them. But they use an emulation program similar to MAME, only for Pinball machine ROM's. They accuratly map-out a machine on a Cad-like program, and scan in the artwork. The result? Aside from the usual Pinball-on-a-computer quirks, I can play "The Addams Family" pinball on my computer...
