LORAIN, Ohio -- Neighbors think a piece of land in Lorain is a breeding ground for West Nile virus. Local health leaders said it might not be.

But Live On Five Investigator Jodi Brooks reported that some residents aren't convinced.

News5 is about 1/2 mile from the south shore of Lake Erie.

There is just a bit of standing water there. It has caught fire by the mouth of the Cuyahoga once or twice, though.
