I've plowed through all the 2,278 pictures in the 26GB download. I see nothing that suggests that it is anything but the DVDs that came from NIST via an FOIA request first discussed here.
This picture shows smoke coming out of lots of south-side windows. It appears to me that it is being blown out. I wonder the picture was taken the instant of an internal collapse or the fires were just huge. The fact that flames are not pouring out of the windows could be explained if the picture was taken late in the day and all the consumables near the windows had been consumed.
This is the east side of WTC7 showing massive fire the length of the building.
This is the west side of WTC7. I find it interesting because of the debris on the street over the entire block. The pieces might not be large enough to do structural damage but I bet debris broke lots of windows on the south side. Broken windows would come with flaming debris on multiple floors and lots of ventilation for the resulting fires. The fire codes didn't plan for well-ventilated fires on multiple floors.
