Sheriff Joe claims to have found the two men who forged the Halfricans birth certificate.

Strictly speaking, Obama's US Passport is sufficient proof of his American citizenship - I'm almost certain that all states are required to recognize Federal identification.

American citizenship is not a qualification for president though. For example a naturalized American citizen could not become president.
