if NATO is 100% certain of Qhaddafi's location, should NATO accidentaly fire a cruise missile at that building, tent, or bunker?

I'm really not sure myself. I prefer he be arrested for war-crimes trials.

No

i doubt that such plans exist...or that they would be carried out unless the death toll started reaching the tens of thousands.

still..i believe in justice first..and assassinations only as a last resort and if capture/arrest seems impossible.

I think what happens to Qaddafi should be up to the Libyans, not up to NATO.

I think Qaddafi might be wishing for the cruise missile, though.

I say let the Libyans do it.

what if he was killings thousands of people every day, with tanks and bombers, and there was good reason to believe that if he had a dreadful accident, the deaths would stop?

*Accidentally* is bs. If they're so sure it's obviously justified, they should admit to it and everyone will clearly agree. Or else maybe it wasn't so obvious?

Gaddafi can't kill tens of thousands. Only the army or security forces can kill tens of thousands.

To date there has been no evidence that the majority of the deaths (can we really be sure it has even reached a hundred? When you look at each individual city they don't give high tolls) has not be caused by the uprising killing people. For example in Benghazzi they took journalists to an army base which they had captured and showed four soldiers burnt to death in an army vehicle and said it was "mercenaries". How much trust can we put in that? And should the opposition be referred to the ICC for suspected war crimes?

Hey ... what's this button do?

Oooops! Did I just launch a missile? Damn! Where's it headed?

While I couldn't condone such an act, I wouldn't feel sorry for him if they did.

NATO? Kill Kadaffy?

It is to laugh. They can't even kill a lousy Taliban without committing a war crime. Lefto-lawyers got them all tied up in knots.

What will happen to that unarmed voluptious blonde nurse when the missile finds it's way to Kafaffy's lap? That's a dead, unarmed civilian. And everybody knows she's going to get it if they take Kadaffy out. So that would be deliberately targeting a civilian, right, Tranewreck?

War crime.

No can do.

NO

Let us not deprive of some perfectly decent Libyans from enjoying that achievement.

Stop Raining On Their Parade, eh?
