Are the truthers planning anything for Ground Zero or elsewhere else this Saturday? Given the current political hysteria over the so-called Ground Zero mosque (in actually a proposed Muslim cultural center a few blocks from GZ), I would imagine only the bravest or most foolhardy of truthers would even show up at the site this week except in mufti and incognito.

If Kevin Barrett can afford the bus ticket from Madison, Wisconsin, I suggest he should travel to New York and share his vision for a Ground Zero memorial.

The best means of repentance and reparation, in my view, would be for the U.S. government to fund and build a new mosque at Ground Zero covering the entire World Trade Center site, with twin minarets looming above in memory of the Twin Towers’ destruction by genocidal Islamophobes. The minarets should be more than 700 feet in height, which would make the new structure the world’s tallest mosque...

This mosque should house a 9/11 Truth Museum documenting the evidence that 9/11 was carried out by U.S. and Israeli insiders, not Muslims. It could include such artifacts as the laughably bogus “last will and testament of Mohammed Atta,” pieces of airplane wreckage from earlier crashes that were planted at the alleged 9/11 crash sites, WTC structural steel samples showing melting and evaporation caused by explosives, videos and other objects seized from the Israeli Mossad team that filmed and celebrated their colleagues’ destruction of the World Trade Center, unflattering wax figures of such 9/11 villains as Dick Cheney, Larry Silverstein, and Benjamin Netanyahu, and samples of nanothermite-laden World Trade Center dust.

Barrett's modest proposal will doubtless be well received by some of the professional right-wing Muslim bashers who plan to be there. For appropriate "street action" wear for Barrett, I'd suggest a crash helmet, hockey padding and full body armor to complement his black "9/11 Was An Inside Job" t-shirt and "V for Vendetta" mask (the latter, if of sufficiently rigid material, serving double duty as face protection).
 
I hope they don't forget to bring their 'FDNY was in on it' signs and walk over to all the Manhattan fire stations to spit on them.

Or their 'Daniel Nigro and Larry Silverstein, wanted dead or alive' tee-shirts.

Street Action

Location: Ground Zero, 1st Vesey Street between Church & Broadway(along black fence), 2nd Vesey Street East of Church lined up against Postal Building across from Gated WTC site down to Path Station, 3rd
‘Remembrance Fountain’ in front of Building 7 parallel to Path Station (Giant Red Bulbs water fountain) followed by march.

When: 8am-1pm
This year there will be an “Anti-Mosque” rally as well as the usual Agent Provocateurs. PLEASE DO NOT engage with any of them, regardless if you are against or for the Mosque. If they scream, yell, argue, dress up in dragon costumes, dance around naked, please remain silent & walk away. We cannot let this distraction take away from our message for Truth and Justice, especially for the 9/11 First Responders.

Around 12pm, we will gather at the ‘Remembrance Fountain’ in front of Building 7. Here we will call the names of ‘Forgotten Heroes’. The First Responders who lost their lives after 9/11 and are not acknowledged during the “official” name calling ceremony at Ground Zero

But why would truthers be against the mosque? In their view Muslims, radical or otherwise, had nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks. :confused:
