I know it's probably not the same guy who was checking out Sarah Palin, but it sure looks like him, doesn't it?

My understanding is the top photo was shot early today as Edwards began the first day of his trial.

If, and I know it is a big if, the men depicted in both photos is the same guy, and if we know that the guy, David Chaney, was fired for checking out Palin, then what the hell is he doing at the Edwards trial? Could he have been hired so quickly by Edwards to act as a bodyguard? He certainly wouldn't be acting in the capacity of a Secret Service agent. Besides, why would a Secret Service agent be at the Edwards trial in the first place? Isn't Edwards a private citizen?

Bleh, it's all just stupid speculation on my part.
