I heard a snippet yesterday on the radio about someone having been able to make beryllium electrons/something or other simultaneously coexist in different states.
Is this so?
Is this a significant new find for QM and the uncertainty principle?

What are the woo implications? - will they use this finding to justify the existence of ghosts/chi energy/whatever? (I guess we know the answer to this one, unfortunately)

They've moved the number of entangled particles up from five to six. A great achievement, but AFAIK it doesn't rank as a 'significant new find for QM and the uncertainty principle', other than showing they apply. It doesn't rewrite the theory or anything.

Yes, thats the one.
Now I know what to look for, I see that this experiment was first carried out in 1986, but they used only one ion, not the 6 they managed this time. The methodologies look basically similar too.
