SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS: How to register (AMENDED)

I'd like to be the first to welcome all the scholarship recipients to TAM5. Here is how you register:

Print the registration form here:

Fill it out as usual. Write somewhere on it "Scholarship recipient." Linda will verify with me that you are a recipient. Mail it off to the JREF.

If you have agreed to pay some of the registration fee yourself, you can send a check for the partial amount with the form. If you would rather pay via Paypal, then make the appropriate donation to the scholarship fund here:

When you make the donation, be abundantly clear that you are donating to pay the remainder of a partial scholarship.

If you have been given a scholarship but have not contacted me since you received notification, please do contact me.

Now you can register online

Scholarship recipients,

Now you can register online using the normal online registration facility. Choose "Offline" as your payment method and use the comment field to specify:

• "Scholarship recipient"
• how much of the registration fee you are paying
• how you will pay that amount (check or Paypal)
