Saudi Arabia Threatening Canadian Broadcasters?

Saudi Arabia has hired lawyers to threaten Canadian broadcasters who dare to run a TV ad critical of Saudi conflict oil.

If you read the story it's obvious the author is biased, but putting that aside, the Saudi's have no business interfering with Canadian free speech.

I hope our government weighs in on this and makes it very clear that our media can't be sued into silence.

What is a little curious is that the news has to be leaked to SunTV. Are they somehow exempt from Saudi pressure? Maybe the lawyers are working from an old list of Canadian TV networks?

In any case, I guess we'll be able to watch the ad on Sun.
