On the issue of contraception and insurance companies Santorum hits on a pretty good solution.

It would be less objectionable to me for the government to go out and say we're going to pay for all the pharmacies to stock contraception and give them out free. Am I paying for it indirectly? Yes, through my taxes, but I pay for a lot of things with my taxes that I don't like.

Why we're only a few steps removed from that dreaded UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE with initiatives like this.

I think birth control should be mandatory, using hormonal implants, only removed upon successful completion of a set of classes including but not limited to "don't shake the baby" "Doritos are not a vegetable" and "credit cards are not free money."

Absolutely! Could not agree more. :)
And only removed after age 26 when they go off their parent's insurance policy.

^Quinn likes this.

Also, "Mountain Dew is not a fruit."

Grape soda is not a viable alternative to baby formula.
And milk should at least be kept in a cool wet sack.

Bravo Sir!

It's a bit lengthy for a tattoo, but do you mind if I use it as my sig?

A doctor friend of mine once enquired of a parent if their child ate fruit regularly. He was told yes and that the child especially liked the yellow ones. On further enquiry as to what the 'yellow' ones were, it turned out to be Starburst

I don't understand what he's saying. Is he saying that Obama made him go out and spend his own money to buy condoms for himself?

...I'd support that.

As for checking population growth, that scheme would make China's one child policy look like a failure. :p

First, I think the couple ought to be married, to show some commitment.

Then we should allow the couple to buy a puppy. Two years later, grade the puppy. Perhaps gas that puppy, and allow a second try. Selecting a pit bull type will penalize you score by 50%.

But yeah, I do believe we should have mandatory population control.

For men and women?

Yep. Male contraceptive implants have bee used in zoo lion populations for years, so the chemistry for both male and female implants is known technology. And I think it makes the males less aggressive, which would be a bonus in dense urban populations.
