Reptilians -- who are they really....

The first time I heard of these it reminded me of a Steven King story, "The 10 O'clock People"...
 
I never would've expected an advanced race of reptilian beings would wear wife-beater A-shirts.......
 
I remember a site once featured on Something Awful's "Awful Link of the Day". It was a woman who claimed she could take pictures of reptoids. What she did was take a picture of something, load it into Paint Shop Pro and BY HER OWN ADMISSION randomly apply filters to the photo until she got something vaguely reptilian-like.
She was completely serious about this.
She even had a picture of a mountain that was supposedly a reptoid in disguise. I mean, like, the entire mountain.

Anyway, I find all this conspiracy/NWO/Reptile thing WAY too interesting. Especially the weird stuff people come up with about the Denver International Airport.

Wonder how long it took to come up with that one?

Guess that makes us Mamoids?
 
There was a nice sci-fi story published in Asimov's about the "return" of space-faring dinosaurs who had evolved into intelligent beings and left 60 million years ago.
They were quite surprised to find us....hehe.

This guy looks a lot like the critter that showed up in some episodes of "the Lost World", the one where Jules Verne's "plateau" was inhabited by the most amazing diversity of beings of all sorts.

Yeah. Sleestaks. They had that whole cool 'lost civilization' vibe going on where the current Sleestaks didn't fully understand the crystal technology of their ancestors.

That was a cool show. :)
 
Hmm, anybody play the shareware game Avernum? There's a bunch of lizard people called "Slitheraki." I'd be very worried about them leaving the game and setting up websites, if I were you.
