Did The Holocaust occur?

Is the standard jewish casualty count of 6 million essentially correct (within a margin of a couple hundred thousand)?

ive looked at a few sources of census data from the 1930's and 1920's..and based on that...i think the number may be more around 4 million then 6 million. does it really matter? not really. it is an undeneniable fact that millions of jews were murdered during ww2..simply because they were jews.

I agree - it shouldn't matter whether it is 6 or 6 million. The fact is that Germany created a system to dispose of people they classed as "unter Menschen" - sub-human. It was designed as a "mass-production" system of mass-murder.

Anybody who says that Hitler never did this has not read "Mein Kamp". It's in there in black and white. There is also a book called "National Socialism and the religion of Nature" by Robert A. Pois which makes very interesting reading about the Holocaust

I recently watched a doco on the rise of NAZIS in Sweden. They no longer deny the charge, but are proud of the fact.

I'm looking for a source on the census figures and the appearant discrepancy, but I haven't found one yet.

However, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum still states the 6 million figure as the most accurate.
