Quackbuster in the news

Good article, but this was really heartbreaking;

"By the time her husband found out she had cancer, it had metastasized.

She died four months later, a few days before her 55th birthday. She felt betrayed, Craven said, because she found out her chiropractor's other patients were getting chemotherapy in addition to his treatments while he had discouraged her from trying it."

How does someone sleep with themselves after causing the death of another because of their own arrogance?

The name "Tim Bolen" caught my eye. He is the publicist for not a Doctor Huldaq Clark, a notorious cancer cure quack. You can find more information on Bolen and Clark along with other assorted scumbags at Peter Bowditch's web site www.ratbags.com

Good solid article.

I just can't quite understand why his wife kept quiet about her illness. Why did she choose a chiro over him (so to speak, not exactly, but it kinda looks that way)? I would really like to know more about that mess.

I find it ironic that Tim Bolen would make claims about NCAHF's "failing membership" when he purports to have "millions of health freedom fighters" that don't exist.

Pot, meet grimy kettle.
