This is an article titled "Tap your hidden potential" in Duke University's school paper.

Basically, Dr. Larry Burk makes ridiculous statements that the human body contains "energy" in the form of "meridians" and that gentle touching of some of these areas coupled with thinking good thoughts, makes up some sort of therapy beyond placebo. Quack.

I emailed The Amazing Randi about this last week and he kindly put it to this gullible guy pretty clearly in his response at the bottom. Thanks, Mr. Randi! :)

Maybe he just meant medichlorians. In fact, if he used such term, he might attract more business from the legions of Star Wars geek.

/if I was evil, I could make tons of money as a quack...
 
Do note, though, that Berk Burk is not a member of the Duke faculty; he is "a physician in Durham" and the piece in question is a guest column.
