Psychic Madman, Jim Karol: a Challenger?

In my boredom, I decided to read the exit interviews of the contestants on "Phenomenon".

One thing that surprised me was Jim Karol's response to the following question:

Do you believe in the reality of true physic phenomenon or is it all "just a trick"?

I not only believe it, but I will prove it to the world with-in one year.

I wonder if he intends to take the million dollar challenge. I also wonder if Randi and Criss were aware of his beliefs.
