Proof that the Bush administration creates road rage!

A story told to me by an Exxon gas station operator in Fort Worth, Texas: Just after the Exxon Valdez incident in 1989, a lady in a big Buick pulled up to his full service pump, rolled down the window, called him a 'seal killer', and burned rubber out of there.

I think this is funny on at least one of the same levels as the road rage bumper sticker.

Yet another reason to not put crap on your car. You never know what maniacs, employers, or dates might take offense to.

Which is why the only bumper sticker on my car says, "Look Twice, Safe a Life--Motorcycles are Everywhere."

If someone takes offense to that, well, I probably don't want to be their friend anyway.

On the more serious side, did you ever notice that it is usually the "progressive" guys who react with rage to anybody with politics they don't like?

I've seen a car with two bumper stickers: "Bush/Cheney", and "A person for tolerance and understanding keyed my car."

Nobody reads bumper stickers.

Was given the official Texas State Troopers' Association bumper sticker complete with clip-art type cop on motorcycle image pointing to the words THE TEXAS STATE TROOPERS' ASSOCIATION SAYS NO TO DRUGS.

Inverted the word NO and then stuck the thing on my truck. Only kids with bongs ever seemed to notice.

*Sigh*... don't blame the liberals, don't blame the conservatives, blame the Floridians. They're all various shades of insane. And I gotta live with the freaks.

No, and I have anecdotal evidence of my own, as I saw someone get out a car with a "Bush/Cheney" sticker, walk to the next car in the parking lot, and rip off a Darwin fish and throw it into the bushes.

And there's no proof the keying of the car you mentioned happened because of the bumper sticker. Keying is a common revenge for a parking job that someone takes offense to.

LOL.

And here I thought we grew the best nuts in California.

Agreed. I don't do free advertising. Now, if they want to pay me to put crap on my car...
