is Michael Prescott's rather fun piece on some of the latest titles on offer from Prometheus Books. I have been browsing their catalogue for years, they sell some excellent titles, but this was an eye opener.

The Sexual Autobiography section appears to be at the heart of this amusing selection. Some of the books are definitely of academic merit, and i have read far stranger titles from mainstream academic publishers, but it did make me smile!

I recall I was once offered a spanking on this very forum - a kind offer, but I am male and the poster had mistaken my gender, and am a firm adherent of the axiom " it is better to give than to receive"!

I'm really not bothered if Prometheus republish the entire works of de Sade, Masoch and half the Silver Moon range of women's S&M erotica, but I thought it was worth a mention here on the JREF!
