This truly disgusts me.

They are taking an out-of-context hearsay remark of a firefighter who died on 9/11 and using it to prop up their sad ideology.

My instinct is to contact someone and inform them of this. I certainly wouldn't presume to bother his family and possibly cause them anymore pain, so I was thinking maybe someone in the FDNY.

Any thoughts?

No, I think PrisonPlanet's lowest low to date was accusing the FDNY of blowing up WTC7 and being guilty of manslaughter.

"Strawman" was how Alex Jones explained it.

Granted.

I just hate to see a courageous member of the FDNY who gave his life on 9/11 have his name used in connection with these charlatans. It dishonors his memory.

how can one sink lower than hell? oh wait, i shouldn't be surprised by what prisonplanet posts

Has his name come up on the roster of Patriots4Truth?

They do like to pad their roster with dead people.

That's what this smells like.

Maybe somebody with FDNY should go check out the supposed reporter of his remarks, see if he is really a fire fighter or anyone who even knows fire fighters in NYC.

According to Delendick, Downey "said at that point he thought there were bombs up there because it was too even."
QUOTE]

does anyone else see in there thought there were bombs up there? Lots of people thought that day a lot of different things. Yet prison planet says he singled out incendiary or explosive devices as the only means by which the structures could have fell in the manner they did.
they make it sound like he knew for a fact with that statement

WTF is wrong with these people? I really hope he uses that bullhorn today.

What is next? The complete removal of all history books from the shelf considering they are filled with hearsay as well as direct quotes from dead people.

If you want to do something about it, contact the person they interviewed or accept the fact that another firefighter thought there were bombs in the building.

Swing, you seem to have a lot of hearsay and quotes made in the midst of a chaotic situation.

Got any papers that prove there were bombs in the buildings?

Let's start with the FIVE structural engineers at AE911: Haluk Akol, Mike Swenson (unconfirmed), Charles Pegelow (oil rigs), Dennis Kollar, and Rich Reed.

Show me their work.

Most history books do an excellent job of keeping historical quotes in proper context. Prisonplanet is doing the equivelent of claiming Nathan Hale said "...one life to give to my country" as proof that Masons had cloning technology.

Or, once again we can see that the troofers are once again lying their butts off.

So you find perfectly acceptable that a website adds dead people to a list that supposedly "questions 9/11" so they don't need to confirm with them whether or not they agree with the MIHOP theories?

Going further, the site even adds people who don't believe in thermite bombs or missile hit the pentagon and mix it in with those that do, to make it look like all these people believe in one unified theory (lololololololol)

You don't see a problem with this?

Nothing surprises me with prisonplanet.com anymore. They blamed the FOX TV show "24" last January for suggesting FEMA Death Camps. Thats their proof. They get their talking points from fictional TV shows.

Do you have any empirical evidence showing there were no explosives used?

Your understanding of how historical records are used to interpret history is woefully lacking. Perhaps you should contact a history professor at your local university and have him or her explain it to you.

If you want to do something about it, contact the person they interviewed or accept the fact that another firefighter thought there were bombs in the building.
And what will contacting a third party do to help me understand the thoughts and feelings of someone who died? Are you suggesting the man they interviewed has the ability to speak with the dead? And not to nitpick, but you said "another firefighter". Could you please tell me who the other firefighters are that believed there were bombs in the WTC? (Please try and give me names of people that are still alive. Thanks.)

SD, prisonplanet.com is not something you want to hitch your wagon to if you want to maintain even a shred of credibility on this forum.

I do see a problem with semantics. But in context, those folks apparently weren't called to testify before the 9/11 Commission. Yeah I know he is deceased, however, the gentlemen he spoke those words to is not.

I'm not sure how you arrive at that conclusion. The title of the article in context: America's Number One Collapse Expert Thought WTC Bombed when the quote used to create the headline is:
According to a World Trade Center Task Force interview with FDNY' Chaplain Father John Delendick, immediately after the collapse of the south tower at 9:59am, Delendick met with Downey below the nearby World Financial Center and asked him if jet fuel had brought about the bizarre and sudden implosion of the building. According to Delendick, Downey "said at that point he thought there were bombs up there because it was too even."

Chalk another firefighter up as mistaking pop and spray cans exploding as bombs.

Thanks, Swing. That was awesome.

Let's try again, shall we?

You added plurality to 9/11, therefore the burden of proof is on you to contradict the official story. The unfortunate part for you however is that in order for that to happen you'd have to demonstrate major laws of physics being broken.

Do you have any empirical evidence showing there were no explosives used?

Laughable.

Do you have any evidence that there was?

Meanwhile, if explosives where used why do none of the columns show any signs of cutting charges? Why is there no detcord lying around like there is at a CD site? Where are the containment materials for the explosives?

Answer that, please.
