Message:

..President Bush never really intended to get re-elected, but rather to install his set of agendas, regardless of how temporary...

-Appointing very conservative judges
- offering tax cuts to the rich
- changing environmental standards to suite corporate business
-getting us into a War
- re-writing the Constitution through the Patriot Act

... all while announcing he cares nothing for "polls".

Does it appear to anyone that he is TRYING to get elected or he just trying to push his agenda through???

I think this President and his Administration KNOW re-election is just a dream, and that is why they are so willing to mok it up so bad, so easily. It won't be their problem in 6 months.

The Republicans control all 3 branches of government. If things aren't going well, who is to blame??? If you have the 'right' policies, shouldn't you be able to rule effectively if you have the power to implement those plans? Things are in the pooper folks, who's fault do you think that is???

Senior President Bush will see his son repeat history, with a failed re-election bid. But moreover, I think he has had these plans for a while...

Are you poor? I'm sure you don't pay taxes; you get a full refund for the tiny wage you are payed. You have little to offer, so you get a little paycheck.

To make yourself feel better, you pretend that my taxes are too low, and anyone who makes more than $5000 more than you is "rich" and we don't deserve to keep that money. We'll just waste it paying rent, bills, and raising kids, while you would spend it on something really cool like a Shrek DVD or a slightly more expensive pair of Nikes than you already own.

Democrats think that a combined income of say, 70K, is "rich".

I'm glad you are poor. Stay that way.

To American:

"Taxes" were but ONE part of my criticism, but since you brought it up...

Who should shoulder most of the tax burder of society?

Those who benefit the MOST from it, or those who are just scraping by?

The more you benefit from the system in place the more you should expect to pay, period.

Why do 'rich' people think they are above paying for the system that ALLOWED them to garner their wealth? Without the current system in place, you would not have the moneys you do. What I don't understand is why you rich people aren't PROUD to pay for the police to help you protect your riches...

In fact, you should know and understand that without societial safety nets your riches would be in sincere danger.

Now, that said, do you think this President is TRYING to get elected, or is he just trying to impliment his agenda?

Tell us KOA, what percentage of your pay goes to taxes? Oh wait, I forgot, unless things have changed since the last time we exchanged posts, you don't have a job.

It's even worse than that. KOA is a net loss for the taxpaying public which he is so eager to burden.

KOA bilks social security out of several thou a year because he got drunk and jumped in a car with another drunk and proceeded to hit the nearest taxpayer they could find.

Not only does KOA not contribute, he leeches from the teat like the foolish child he is.

To Randfan:

What does it matter how much 'tax' I personally pay?

The point friend, is that if you aren't benefiting from the governing system in place, why should you expect to shoulder its financial burder?

Look no one said there is a limit on how much money you can make, all that is said is that 'some' and probably a LOT of that money belongs to the system that allowed you to collect and hold such wealth.

The more you benefit from the governing system in place, the more you should expect to support that system.

If that's true, then you of all people are in no position to criticise the system as it stands. Without it, you'd have been left to bleed to death in the gutter or starve soon after, neither of which would represent any loss to society.

Biting the teat is a good way to get cut off, kid.

Addressing Jocko's claims:

I was NOT drunk.

I asked the driver- who claimed he was sober, if he was okay to drive, and he said he had been driving people home all night and that he had stopped drinking hours ago.

It was a ONE car accident as the drunk driver sped into a corner as I screamed for him to slow down.

---

I do however receive SSI Disability, due to my work and paying into said Government Insurance Program before the day of my accident.

Today I am a quad, and I get just enough from SSI to scrap by, while I struggle greatly to afford things like a new chair, car repairs, or home improvements.

I see the ad-hominem hit squad is at it again.

If you can't refute what somebody says, attack them instead, eh?

Even for KOA this is too much.

You told me you'd been drinking. Changing your story again?

I asked the driver- who claimed he was sober, if he was okay to drive, and he said he had been driving people home all night and that he had stopped drinking hours ago.

Excuses, excuses, excuses. Whose fault was it that you got in that car, you drunk twit? Society's? Your mother's? It certainly wasn't the friggin' taxpayers' fault.

It was a ONE car accident as the drunk driver sped into a corner as I screamed for him to slow down.

What did you hit? Public property? That's the same thing, just sucking more loot out of the public treasury to pay for your idiocy. The time to scream was BEFORE you got hammered and went for a joyride.

I do however receive SSI Disability, due to my work and paying into said Government Insurance Program before the day of my accident.

Paid in how much? Received how much? You're still a net loss. And pray, what job did you hold BEFORE you became a full-time prophet? You've always been vague on this point.

Today I am a quad,

You are a 'tard.

and I get just enough from SSI to scrap by,

Anything you get is something you don't deserve, "scraping by" or not. You're "scraping" on my tax dollars.

while I struggle greatly to afford things like a new chair, car repairs, or home improvements.

Oh, boo hoo. Cry me a river, gimp. Where do you need to drive to? Where do you get off owning a home? Where the hell do you get off saying the "rich" (i.e., employed) must be taxed more so lazy, unproductive, loudmouthd jackasses like you can get free housing and car repairs?

Just where do you get off, KOA, criticising anyone with a job, let alone the President?

Long personal history here, JJ. Read on and you'll learn a few things.

Even for KOA this is too much.

If you had an inkling of what this parasite really is, you wouldn't think so.

You don't understand, KOA, it's just like what Benneth is trying to do to Randi. If they lie about you enough, long enough, and continuously enough, in public, they think people will believe them just because they heard it so many times.

Uh, Jocko... Is there a reason why you're taking this tack? Because to me, it looks like you're bagging someone for being a quadraplegic, and that's pretty low.

I'm "bagging" him for being a self-righteous, tax-soaking moron. I'm sure he was a moron before he got himself put in a wheelchair, but at least he was a moron on his own dime.

And he's not really a quad, he's claimed to be able to walk a ways and his arms work. His only handicap is between the ears. But don't take my word for it, have a conversation with him sometime and you'll see. Like I said to JJ, I've a long history with this schmuck.

To jj:

Jocko has been lying about me to others for a while. I think he may have been dumped by a girl in a wheelchair at some point, and he is just taking his frustration out on me...

He has been ignoring my points and attacking me personally for a LONG time.

He IS right however, while I DO have use of my arms, only one hand has grip strength. My 'walking' was with the use of long leg braces and a walker. On my BEST day I managed to 'walk' 35 yards in 7 minutes.

You really are up on the Ad Hominems this week Jocko.

Seriously, your ignorance of Quadrapalegic's astounds me.

There are different forms of it.

Considering what KOA describes, he had his spine broken at the T1 Vertabrae.

That is paralysis of all four limbs.

I think KOA has only been able to regain the funcion he has through Physical Therapy, which can be very excrutiating. I've volunteered at our local hospital in our Phyisical Therapy Department. I have seen Quadrapalegic's walk, but only with braces and assisstance from one of the aides.

Get a life Jocko, stop with the ad hominems and get back to the subject.

Hmmm, a quad --- in a mental institution & suicidal too??? Better alert our admins if that's the case.

The point being, who the hell knows anything from some words on a display screen.

It doesn't mater KOA. It was a cheap shot. I don't necassarily agree with you but that is besides the point. My appologies.

Oh, how very progressive of you to define KOA by his disability.;)

I apologize for doing the same thing (in a perjorative sense) that you have done (in a good-meaning sense). Unfair, rude and reactionary it was.

I am content to sit back and watch KOA implode of his own accord and will molest him no further. After all, he was insane before I met him and I'm sure he'll live up to his reputation now... if he bothers to finish his own debate.
