I don't know if this has been brought up before. (if it has then please ignore)
On the Matrix: The Ultimate Collection DVD set, there is a DVD (Disc #8 I believe) That covers both the philosophical refreneces in the movies as well as artificial intellegence. (it even has Chalmers briefly talking about "the hard problem" of conciousness)
It's a neat little philosophy primer for the MTV/Xbox addled mind. It covers some of the basics from Socrates to Hume and Baudillard.
But, of course, there's not much you can cover in 2 hours.
