I was looking for the philosophical term for someone who prizes physical or psychological strength above all else.

I thought it was "Fascism" but that just deals with authoritarian government.

But I'm looking for words that apply to a person or a belief system where physical strength is stressed and prized.

Survival of the fittest type of thing where the philosophical system says that only the fittest survive and to survive you must be fit.(Mentally and or physically)

National socalism is a nationalistic political organization...So no it's not that.

Socal Darwinism deals with evolution of societies but it's really not the word i'm looking for.

Above all else? Above what exactly? Are you just describing eliteism? Do you have some reason to associate athletes with fascists? You either have some bias you aren't revealing, or aren't explaining yourself very way.

How about; Superhuman, herculean, barbarism. Is something along those lines what you're looking for?

You can't be a true philosopher unless you can bench press 150 pounds. Aristotle could bench press 200, just because he was Greek. Plato practiced the Gymnasion. Aquinas was so strong he was a spotter for God. Nietzche worked out every day because he was a Superman, and he wrote every book by flexing his biceps. Kant could lift at least 150 pounds as an a priori event. And Descartes could lift 500 WITH HIS MIND!!

I disagree, but I can't stop the megaultracannon fit into the chest cavity of that alien overlord. I'm sure the philosopher has some real trouble resolving the idea of might makes right. After all, in a sense it does. If you are suddenly at the end of a gun, the right decision for you to make has been drastically affected by sheer strength alone.

"Might makes right"?

No...A single word not an english phrase.

Simply someone who believes strength is most important in life. Someone who lives by the phrase "Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live." basically.

I am describing eliteism actually. But a form of eliteism where strength makes someone elite and not being born in a particular family or anything like that.

I'm not associating athletes with fascism. Fascism has nothing to do with what i'm talking about.

Maybe something along the lines of "Herculean". Is "Herculeast" a word? Someone who believes herculean traits are important?
I don't know if it is...

I'm not sure....Wiki says As the suffix "-cracy" implies, meritocracy is strictly speaking a system of government based on rule by ability (merit) rather than by wealth or social position.

Wouldn't America be a meritocracy?

Only if the merit is the ability to get elected.
