It would surprise me not, in that it seems a bit too unusual for them (Food Network) to be able to get all the manufacturing processes (and factory videos) of brands of foods and candies just willie-nillie as they might please.

Well, what do you expect from a guy who started his mainstream career hosting "Nickelodeon"? Serious commentary?

Good point. He's probably not all that interested in any type of journalistic integrity.

Of course, nowadays, neither are most journalists.

It would be interesting to hear what Alton Brown would have to say about "pentawater". It might be amusing to hear, indeed. Maybe we ought to lobby Food Channel for a debunking show, and nominate Alton for MC.

I saw him at a book signing in Seattle last Sunday. He's just as entertaining in person, and quite down to earth.

That means nothing, as you (nor I) know not how FOX portrayed the product, or if it was just mentioned in passing by one of those being interviewed. We don't even know what type of program it was -- besides, the following comment was that it was only a discussion on flushing acids out of the body, not of some miracle claim.
