The full story is better, because it shows just how out there some of these parents really are. One is quoted something like, "My son is only in 6th grade. He doesn't know anything about these things, and he shouldn't know about them."
Yeah, right.
You'd like to believe that, I'm sure. Of course, the school administrators note that they in fact do start some sex ed already in 5th grade, so they should already know something.
This is exactly why this type of survey is needed, to tell parents this is what their kids know.
