So this time it's OiNK's turn. Somehow, I doubt they'll be back, or at least not as quickly as the Pirate Bay were. That said, if the Pirate Bay's servers are in the Netherlands, how are they surviving when OiNK are not?

They aren't. They were for a couple of weeks, but now they're back in Sweden.
