Because the court said so in his criminal trial
Because the court said so in his criminal trial
Is there some political aspect of his case that I am not aware of?
There is "guilty in criminal court" and there is "guilty as an objective fact". OJ is the latter, but not the former.
Yes, when one does something wrong, they are guilty of wrong doing. Whether they are convicted in court is a separate issue.Hmmm... Hmmmm... There can be a distinction?
It's not a matter of establishing it, they either did it, or didn't.How does one establish this "objective fact?"

Guilt or not guilty of what?
Even though I don't know, I voted guilty nonetheless.
No, it was the jury that said "not guilty".
Later, a civil court did find him guilty.
