It seems a politically minded witch has state funding to rob prople using tarot etc. She even has potions which she claims will lead to clearer dreams, whatever that means. I am surprised there is not public outrage over such a waste of public funds, and also because the gov. will be very hesitant to bring fraud charges against her. Any Norwegians here? Comments?
