No one predicted it...

I just wondered if anyone who is keeping track is noting that Steve Irwin's death was not predicted by anyone. At least a Yahoo! and Google search didn't turn up any for me. Seems like a pretty amazing and popular celebrity from the condolences I've read and like John Ritter the news came from left field and blew us away.

Anyway, just wanted to point that out. I'm sure Gerald Ford is in some predictions, buy young healthy celebrities rarely are.

I've never heard of anyone acurately predicting someone's death. Steve Irine's was not a surprise to people who thought he took risky chances. I thought Syeve's death was sad and wish his wife and children the best of luck.

I guess it depends on how rigorously you want to define "predicted". Personally, whenever I saw any of his shows, I always got the stongest feeling that he would one day suffer death by wild animal. Spooky.

Prediction:
Everybody will die soon !!!!
(most in the first hundred years after birth, all others within the second hundred years LOL)
Can I get the million now? (ok., asking didn't hurt me)

"In 1992, I predicted he would die from an animal bite... and just like that, 14 years later he died!"

Bite, sting, whatever. You got to admit he came pretty close. ;)
As SB's heart prediction shows, the true believers will give you credit for almost everything.

The point is to really work that you need vague predictions, yours went wrong predicting a bite, SB's went wrong when she made specifics about where the heart issue would be. Being specific is what anyone makeing predictions should never do, it makes it much easier to be shown to be wrong than vague generalities that can be bent to any situation by true believers

Nobody's thinking vaguely enough. I'll bet thousands of psychics have predicted "Someone famous will suffer a tragedy this year". That's obviously a reference to Irwin's death.

I knew it. but the message was garbled- stEve Irwin, gErald Ford, I felt there was going to be heart trouble...come on, everybody knows a celebrity with an E somewhere in his name... Johnie Cash?

I asked a psychic about this apparent lack of foresight. She looked very wise, and with a knowing and mysterious wink said: 'it was just his time'.
