myspace & zodiac signs

I just sent a message to myspace asking them to alter their format so that people like myself can have the option of not having their zodiac sign shown. At the moment it is done automatically and you don' t have a choice.

Anyone care to join me and send them the same request?

actually, that was something i was hoping i could alter as well, but it seems i cannot.

if i can manage to muster up the effort, i'll send an email their way as well.

I sent them a complaint a long time ago. Never heard a response. With millions of users and the crappiest web code in the universe, I don't think they care.

I found a way (i.e. stole some code) to defeat the display of the details box on your profile page (and to create a fake details box to replace it, with whatever categories you want), but your sign shows up on your other pages, like the blog.

Hmmm. I just stumbled upon the page that allows you to customize the look of your blog. it allows you to turn off the display of your sign. I'll have to explore this more. Why would they have it for your blog but not for your profile?
