I want our soldiers to:
1. Win wars.
2. Come home alive.
If they choose to reverse those priorities, I can not blame them one bit. I don't think that officers would agree with me, as they are expected to sacrifice lives to accomplish a mission if needed. ("If needed." The irony is biting, I know.)
Anyway, if achieving those two goals includes anything and everything awful that you've ever seen reported by Walter Cronkite, 60 Minutes, and Katie Curic as they huff and puff and scold GIs for doing what they are supposed to do, then those reporters can all drop dead.
