This evening, a psychic visited us in Paltalk and was kind enough to give me a free reading. She consented to my sharing it, so here is the transcript for any discussion.

psychicangl4free: now presently i see wealth, success, and honor. A good family life and excellent relations between generations. Inheritance and family property. This card can be an indicator of marriage and/or the carrying out of a family tradition.

psychicangl4free: ok and the queen of swords shows a mature woman, possibly a widow or a divorcee. She is independent and intelligent, rational and tends to be cool in a crisis. Graceful, possibly with a fondness for music and dance. she is very allert to undercurrents and should not be underestimated.

Practically everything that was said is about as true for me as it was for you. Not surprising considering the string of vague statements. You were fairly generous with your responses though, in terms of the amount of feedback you gave - I assume that you were quite deliberately doing so?
 
I was trying to get her to be more specific. Her reading read like the meanings you can cut and paste from any book.
 
Pretty standard cold reading. Not even that well done, actually. Incredibly underwhelming.

If she's really psychic, she's pretty bad at it.
 
I recall a woman that claimed to be psychic consenting to read me over the internet. She had me as a thin guy that wore glasses. That's all I can recall for some reason, but it is pretty far from the truth. I have never worn glasses and always had a weight problem lol. After that she said that she'd never do a reading over the web, good idea IMO. I asked another psychic what I did for a living. She had seen a pic of me on the web wearing a suit-I was wearing the suit at a wedding incidentally-and she gathered from that photo that I was in management. Again, dead wrong. Interestingly enough, that last woman that read me suggested that if If she did an extended reading for me that I should at least give her a donation. I saved my money needless to say.
 
TS, I'd suggest that some of your responses were pretty much a clarification of her "fishing for facts". And... when you agreed, she confirmed her guess. And when you disagreed, she did not allow it to be a negative point for her. Classic cold-reading stuff. And what good tarot cards have to do with internet readings is anyone's guess! :D

You were talking to someone with no psychic abilities. I can refer you to a real psychic, if you want. She can do a reading for you over the phone. It's $30.00 for 30 minutes but you won't be disappointed. She is the real deal. I've seen her in person twice, and have been read over the phone once. She doesn't use or need tarot cards.

I agree. I hoped that my agreement would lead her to more specific predictions but alas, she just moved on. I like the way she went from "motherhood" to "nurturer" when I told her I am childless. A bit of context: she had been part of a paltalk chat about cats and may easily have assumed animal lover = nurturer.

Gosh, TS! You always seemed so pleasant when chatting in Paltalk. Then again, I'm not always the best judge of character.

A Doctor makes money when people are sick! Wow! How does debts and theft equate to working as a nurse/doctor? Etremely dodgy practice! ;)
