Maybe I just need to get out more, maybe I need to get laid, but my minds being chucking itself about today.

Woody Allen said quite rightly that the only thing we can be certain of is death.

So I've thought, if we can never achieve an absolute certainty on an issue, why shouldn't we decide to be absolutist on an issue? There will always be an issue that is just as true on the opposite side of the situation, and there will always be a true issue on your side, someone you disagree with will never be completly wrong, and neither will you, but we can never come to an absolute certainty.

I like Penn and Teller Bulls**t, but it makes me uneasy when I agree with their statement.. as, it cannot entirely be BS can it?

What is the point of ever coming to a consensus on an issue if it is not the absolute truth?

What is the "point" of anything? The Universe is a cold and heartless place. We, as the result of millions of years of evolution, "feel" just the same. There are babies to smile at and sunsets to enjoy. Experience the endorphins. Ars longa, vita brevis.

'scuse me. I have to go and barbeque a couple of steaks.
