As devastated as I'm sure most of you will be, I'm unable to make it to TAM this year, which means you'll be down about 40 or so packs of Tim Tams. :( Do check out the Australian Skeptics table though, as I'm sure there will be a couple of packets floating around.

I think next year I'm going to put together an 'Aussie Goodies' hamper to auction off for the scholarship fund. Tim Tams, and Minties, and Mush Sticks, oh my!!

We're partially stepping up to the plate on behalf of Chris, and taking a bunch of tim tams. Unfortunately we can't quite match Chris' awesome contribution, as I blame my heavy comic con costume that's hogging my luggage space. But we'll have a few packets with us for those who can find Alastair & I (we're the quiet Aussie ones).

Popularity amongst skeptics can almost always NEVER be bought. You have to PROVE your worth in some way, to the community, with your brain, most of the time.

Tim Tams represent a rare exception to that rule. Unfortunately, it seems that, in some cases, popularity CAN be bought with those lucious chocolate-laden biscuits. Yum!

Though, I should warn you that such attempts could be mitigated by other factors, such being an exceedingly creepy person.

So where does one get Tim Tams in NY? All I was able to gather from the internet is that only Aussies and New Yorkers are allowed to have them year round.
