Alexander Karp, Palantir, has bought over 15000 hectares of forest in northwestern Sweden. We are keeping our eyes on him. The locals aren't happy, nor are the rest of us, except for SCA, the company that sold it to him for just under 250 million SEK.
The whole thing is being investigated. The locaks have intensified their use if the Swedish Right of Public Access (right to roam) - not sure if Karp knew about that...
