All the pseudoscientific babble about using magnets to enhance biological processes reminds me of my favorite quote from Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie, in which Mike Nelson and his "bots" Tom Servo and Crow T. Robot make cracks during the showing of the science fiction classic This Island Earth:
[On board the alien Exeter's spaceship, scientists Cal Meacham and Ruth Adams stand on a platform.]
Exeter: Place your hands above the rails.
[We hear the sound of static as the humans' hands are suddenly pulled onto the rails.]
Exeter: They're magnetized.
Mike [as Exeter]: And if your hands were metal, that would mean something.
