Apparently I bought 16GB of triple channel memory when my mobo uses dual channel.

OOPS

So that's why I've been having so many issues.

Does anybody have a triple channel rig and needs memory on the cheap?

There is no such thing as dual or triple channel memory sticks. The channels refer to how the system uses the memory. The sticks are identical.

I dunno what your problem is but its not that.

Just take out one stick and it will run in dual channel mode. The channels have to do with the moBo and not the memory stick itself. Just make sure that the memory is the right speed for the mobo.
