Every truther is a film maker nowadays. Luke Rudkowski has released a film called Dedicated.

It only includes some NY911Truth street actions, rude I may say, and their confrontations with the authorities. I quickly glanced through it.

But this film also includes the earlier discussed Dan Wallace vs. Mark Roberts video, filmed on the NY streets. Their title for Mark says "Mark Roberts: 9/11 Truth Hater". They are selling this DVD for anyone making donations.

The answer is technically no, but they likely think Mark won't take the time to seek legal action for using his likeness in a film without his permission.

Now sometimes Documentary films haev slightly different laws, but I think this one is the same.

Edit: I love the "$12.00 or more" bit. Cause if I donate $10.00 that just isnt enough profit after the 60 cents for the DVD and perhaps $1 for the cover art and DVD case. But its all for the victims.

Technically because the confrontation happened in a public space Mark loses his right to privacy, but seeing as this is a protracted argument, and focuses on mark, an argument could be made, that is a breach of privacy.
 
Yeah, I watched most of it yesterday (it's easy to fast-forward through, since most of it consists of three people trying to antagonize the security people in the most security-conscious areas in the United States of America).

To Luke, who with Tom Foti is now the head of the new NY911truth, it's all about Larry Silverstein and the cops. Young Luke hates the police. I don't know what they ever did to him.

Geez, I recall correcting those guys about "pull it," Silverstein's lease, and his insurance, a few dozen times. I wonder what I got wrong.

When I said a few days ago that the leaders of the 9/11 "truth" movement were mostly "not bright" people who had severe political biases, well, here we go. Does it get any more pathetic than this video?

It's so sad. This is all they have.

Why does he hate the cops....likely because he is still fighting those raging adolescent hormones. Some people do not rid themselves of this rage until their mid to late 20's.

When was it ever 125 degrees F in NYC? I've lived in this area my entire life and don't ever remember it getting above 112. Maybe Luke Warm wears his hooded insulated sweatshirt in the summer?

Huh? I didn't have to stop to talk with them. Had they chased me for blocks, that might qualify as harrassment.

I'm baffled by the people here who so quickly shout "lawsuit!" when issues like this come up. It's happened several times. Aside from the the issue of what's right and wrong, where is all the money supposed to come from to hire lawyers? And what is to be gained by suing? We're not talking about Tom Cruise vs. The Sun here. I don't get it.

The only thing that will stop the cries of "Sue! Sue!" in the US would be some seriously needed tort reform.

And Gravy, your resemblance to a major Hollywood actor causes me serious mental anguish. My lawyers will be contacting you shortly.
 
There's no need to sue anyone. It was just so strange that he included that bit. Does he think they looked good in that clip? Because to me, that showed Mark destroying them with knowledge and showing everybody their lack of knowledge. Don't they even know which footage makes them look bad and which doesn't?

exactly...If it were me they were bothering there, even if there were "grounds" for a lawsuit, who has the time, energy, or money to carry it out...I dont...and the truthers know this.

Did he say 125 as the actual temperature? The highest recorded temperature in NYC is 106, and that was many years ago. It never got much over 90 this summer at GZ.

One thing you have to remember is that these people are constitutionally incapable of honesty.

They're much like religious fanatics in that they've invested so much of their lives in their beliefs. If they're wrong what about all the friends they've made? What about the web sites and video's they've created? If they're wrong it's been all for nothing. :jaw-dropp
 
Did Luke lose a family member in 9/11? I am under the impression that he did.
 
So can anyone give me a quick rundown of what the insurance payouts for 1 and 2 WTC were, and how much the construction of the four (?) new skyscrapers is estimated to cost?

Also, 7 WTC has already been rebuilt, right? How much did that cost, versus the insurance money Silverstein received?
