What an awesome picture! It captures so well how he is being swallowed by a black hole of stupidity. 5 stars!
 
If you look closely, in the distance you can see terrified girls in wheelchairs fleeing from him.
 
I believe that the mass of his ego is causing his universe to implode upon himself.
 
What you're missing is the huge crowd of people out of sight behind the camera, who are being held back by barricades and riot officers to avoid the risk of the speaker being trampled by the crush of people who, though eager to hear his every word, never figured out they could go around to the other side.

Since the photo cannot prove me wrong about this, by Truther rules of evidence it's now established beyond any doubt that there was a huge crowd there.

ETA: My first reaction to this picture was actually: What an awesome fountain design. Especially if when they turn it on, all the water sprays out of the megaphone.

ETA Some more: Can someone with Photoshop skills please add the water? I want a fountain just like that in my city. Seriously.

Ahh I see the Truth has come to Sydney and is making a fool of itself in the over-priced tourist trap of Darling Harbour. I wonder if it bought an Akubra hat and a little Opera House snow dome....

The fountain is on in the picture. You can see the "Riffles" as the water flows down towards the center and you can see his wet footprints on the center flat part.
