Penultimate Amazing
Anyone who uses a tablet for surfing/posting knows that the on-screen keyboards are...Less than optimal.
Early on, I took to using various aftermarket keyboards, first with my original iPad and now with my Samsung.
These have mostly been problematic. I was buying the under-20 dollar items from Amazon, and they all worked perfectly well, for a while. Then they all began having connection problems or key-response problems or whatever. Also rather fragile.
I decided to try this logitech item:http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Blue...&qid=1429538396&sr=8-1&keywords=logitech+k480
Took delivery over the weekend. Pretty nice. Quick connection and it works with everything, iOS, Android, Windows. You can set and remember several connection settings via a little wheel on the left. The slot up top will take most tablets, even with a (rather minimal) cover or case.
So far works very well. The keys are normal size, have a very positive feel with enough travel to keep old ham-handed typists like me happy, and it's a hefty, sturdy unit. Kind of thing you can leave on a desk or whatever and just drop your tablet (or phone!) into whenever you want to type something.
