A chiropractor has developed this "treatment". Read a transcript of the segment that appeared on WGN-TV and cable CLTV in Chicago here.

Here's part of my e-mailed comment:
I was absolutely shocked to see that this drivel was aired as straight news. This damages the credibility of your entire news organization.

Weissman said, "So when you go infinite love and gratitude, it instantly changes the molecular structure of the water that makes up your blood...". Even though I'm not a scientist, I know for a fact this is complete nonsense. Water is water, and if you change its molecular structure, it's no longer water. Mere emotions can't change the molecular structure of anything. A responsible reporter would at least have gotten the opinion of a reputable scientist or M.D.

[The reporter] Dina Bair should be fired.

How does what she's on about differ from H2O exactly?

I know people with peanut allergies, and I know more than I care to about anaphylactic shock. Surely peddling mythical cures like this could be massively dangerous?

I mean it's not like that woo-woo is going to have adrenalin handy in his clinic.

Having said that, a couple of things in that article make me wonder if it is meant to be tongue in cheek ...
Her friends though she was nuts when Jeri told them her allergies were tied to negative memories.
