Leap Day Event: Occupy vs Tea Party, 7pm EST

It takes place at my college, IPFW. It has a live feed. Not sure if it will be available later. So, if you are lurking around and have time to "waste"...

From what little I watched, you wouldn't be missing much: Sophomores in their Sunday Best, playing Herp Derp We're Grownups.

Needless to say, it's a step down for the Tea Party, and a step up for Occupy. Even so, if you missed it, Nothing of Value Was Lost.

I'm glad I didn't see this before going to bed. The fear of a critical mass of idiocy exploding, then collapsing and creating a black hole of stupid that sucks in the entire universe would have kept me up half the night.

I am interested in hearing how the arguments are presented and the responses ( and moreover the general intearction). I agree with some things from both groups. I also feel both have embarassing aspects. And oddly enough, that they have more in common then they think they do, but have groupthink tribal identity blinders on.
