Okay, Bush visited the Pope recently, and the Pope reamed Bush for the abuses in Abu Ghraib. I don't like Bush, the invasion was a crock, the Bush admin are d*cks, etc.

BUT

I think that before the Pope scolds Bush about abuses that happened under his watch, the Pope needs to take a freaking look at the sexual abuses happening under HIS watch!

If I was Bush, I would have introduced the Pope to a new gesture and left. TOTALLY pot-calling-the-kettle-black there.

It was about 18 months or so ago that The Vatican invited Tariq Aziz for a visit.

Does anyone know if Abu Ghraib was a topic of discussion at that meeting?
