"Every night, Larry brings you the personal and revealing interviews you'll be talking about tomorrow."
Yeah, I'm sure ...
Heck, we're pyschic here at JREF. We discus things before they happen ....CNN doesn't have the details posted yet at their website this morning (Wed.). Rather than a specific programming note about this evening's "debate" -- they have a generic paragraph about how wonderful the show is:
"Every night, Larry brings you the personal and revealing interviews you'll be talking about tomorrow."
Yeah, I'm sure ...
I think items one and two will play out a bit differently.Im psychic and i'll predict what will happen..Watch.
-Skeptics will provide insightful and witty responses and retorts
-It will be completly lost on Larry King and the Psychics
-Psychics will commit fallacy after fallacy
-Psychics will avoid even trying to prove their "ability" to the skeptics live on the show.
-The Million dollar challange will no doubt be brought up.
-Psychics will make up pathetic excuses about not taking the challenge which will probably include "I have no need for the money."
-Show will be over.
I'm going to predict that the skeptics will not further the cause of skepticism because they will come across as smart-a$$es and will offer no "proof" that psychics are fake. It'll be fun for the choir (us), but that's about it.Im psychic and i'll predict what will happen..Watch.

I think items one and two will play out a bit differently.
-Psychics will provide witty and sound bite responses and retorts
-Larry King will eat it up, prefering sound bites to the reasoned (and less witty) explanations by the skeptics.
That's why Snide is exactly right.I don't call fallacies witty.
