Dean has de-constructed. Bye, bye...
Iowa apparently has not gone along with the media hype. Covers on Time and Newsweek [two North American weeklys].
As I said earlier Dean will/did "cheeseburger" the tubes.

Folks, it's GWB in 2004. Put the blame on Powelll where it belongs and let's move on.

Perhaps all those "college volunteers" should go back to their classes and strive on getting a job in the real world.
John Kerry, dispite Sen. Kennedy's "endorsement", is going to win in N.H. and build the big "Mo".
Bye, bye Mr. Dean - you sold a lot of newspapers, provided major columinists something to write about, but you have served our purpose. Go have a beer with Mr. Sharpton - soon you'll have a lot in common.

:dl: :dl:

Oh yes, and Iowa is soooo reliable when it comes to presidential primarys. I'm not saying the result of it should be ignored, but it's hardly over for Dean. Wait till NH to call it, m'kay?

You think Kerry has less of a shot than Dean? Jeeze, I see it as the opposite... Kerry could get some of the moderate vote, something which Dean had little (reasonable) hope for.

I turned on CNN right when Harvey Dean was speaking after his loss. Let's just say that I used to think Dick Gebhardt was the biggest phony in that group. Now I'm not so sure....

I saw Dean's concession speech, and Drudge's report is quite an exaggeration

edited for spelling

Agreed... but Dean did make a sound like a motherbird protecting her babies amid his listing of the state's they'd fight for.

I don't think it is exaggerated. I was watching it with my wife, and after Dean's voice got all gutteral and he was shouting, I interjected, "IT'S THE WWF SMACKDOWN!!!"

Got a big laugh from my wife.
