I do not fully understand my abilities,but I Kelvin Lee can influence thing in motion for example if you were in a car I can influence its pull left or right I can actually guide your automobile I do not know if I am influencing you or the mass of the automobile. If I want you to go left or right you will go I can make you drive down the yellow or white line on the road ,the accuracy will be determine by your inability to control your vehicle prefer testing be done in this area.

These 3 individuals must be educated, working professionals such as doctors, psychologists, lawyers, teachers or university professors, government administrators, etc.

I suggest that you begin by trying to enlist your family doctor, or someone working in any of the medical fields.

Claim Rejected

My name is Kelvin Lee a letter from your claims stated before we can accept your claim for preliminary testing you must submit three notarized affidavits from individuals who experienced this phenomenon as a result of your "abilities". I Kelvin Lee refuse the change to your protocol in which you establish the governing rules, line 2 of the 12 official rules states "only an actual performance of stated nature and scope within the agreed-upon limits, will be accepted". Unless you count as part of preliminary test this action is a broad violation of you established protocol to involve others mean explaning and establishing theories your testing protocol clearly dismiss suxch action. I am interested in actual demonstrating. I am not interested in any science or explanation I am interested in only the money for test.Stick to the establish protocol we can compromise testing procedure but not the establish protocol for the money.Whats your problem do you know I have this ability and do not want to pay and or you influence by other interest,becareful you have a establish protocol history in which you establish the parameters.
