Judd v. Obama (Orly Taitz)

Equally insane is the (all-Republican) Kansas State Objections Board flirting with the Birthers, by postponing a ruling on whether or not President Obama will stay on the ballot in Kansas.

Naturally, the postponement has caused Orly Taitz to notice it as well, and last I heard, she was scrambling to get in touch with them.

Sticking to the topic, Judd is serving a 17 year term in federal prison for extortion.

As an example of his actions, the following is from one of the judgments against him.

Judd argues that the evidence was insufficient to establish that he had an intent to extort with the mailing of postcards in 1997 which stated “Send the money back now, Keith Judd, Last Chance or Dead.” He also contends that the 1997 package containing a semen stained Playboy, a knife inside the magazine, a key chain, and his father’s military discharge papers did not show an intent to extort and did not constitute a threat.

I can just imagine it...

Defending Lawyer (opening argument): I move to dismiss this case on the grounds the plaintiff is a complete moron way out of touch with reality and is wasting your honor's and the court's time pushing a personal agenda and further move the plaintiff be disbarred for the sake of the integrity of the judicial system. I rest my case.

Orly: Objection! I...

Judge: Over ruled, this case is dismissed.

Keith Judd seems an interesting fellow. In fact, he was once a Super Hero.

As with all of Ms. Taitz's nonsense, I'll be watching this one closely.

A con doing hard time is the new Birther Champion. It just keeps getting better and better.

Note the name Clay Land. That is the federal judge who sanctioned Orly $20,000 two years ago.

Yes, she is suing the federal judge who ruled against her, then sanctioned her for her behavior.

Of course, there's Elizabeth Emken, who had the audacity to poll more votes than her in the CA Senate primary.

Whenever I look at an Orly Taitz lawsuit, I can't help thinking about Homer Simpson's revenge list.

Update on the Kansas ballot challenge:

http://cjonline.com/news/state/2012-09-14/kansan-seeks-end-obama-ballot-challenge

The Manhattan Republican who posed a formal challenge to President Barack Obama's place on the Kansas general election ballot Friday requested immediate withdrawal of the appeal due to an avalanche of criticism.

What an embarrassment to my city(and my state).:(

Apropos of nothing, my mom spent part of her childhood in Manhattan, Kansas.

What did Chris Matthews ever do to Orly?
